Does Dendrobs have pseudobulbs?
In many species of Dendrobiums pseudobulbs are not present, but even the long cane-like flower stems, along which the leaves grow in pairs, are capable of storing food and moisture.

Rules for repotting debdrobiums?
Avoid repotting an orchid which is in flower.
Repot just after flowering, but not sooner than 12 month intervals.
The day before repotting soak the medium or compost in water.
If possible use new plant pots, or rinse the old pot with boiling water.
